The planar electronic feeder is composed of a chassis, a bracket, an electric control panel, a tracker, a swinging bar and a flat disk. The bracket and the chassis are connected to form an overall frame structure, and the electronic control panel and the tracker are disposed on the bracket.
At the same time, a motor is arranged in the chassis, and the flat disk covers the chassis. The bracket is also connected with an L-shaped pull rod and a swing rod with an eccentric wheel, and the pull rod is arranged at the bottom of the electric control panel and fixed to the bracket.
The eccentric wheel is a closed square ring. The metal belt enters the punching machine after passing through the eccentric wheel to prevent the metal belt from falling off. Before the metal belt enters the eccentric wheel, it is hung on the pulling rod, and the function is to provoke the metal belt to make the conveying smoother. .
The motor is controlled by an electric control panel, and its rotation speed is set to be consistent with the punching speed of the punching machine. The metal strip material is placed on the flat plate, and the metal belt is continuously conveyed forward as the motor drives the rotation of the flat disk.
